The publication “Participation in culture” has been prepared on the basis of the results of a survey that the Statistics Poland conducts every five years in randomly selected households.

In the period January–November 2025, there was more by 3.0% dwellings completed compared to the same period in the previous year. The number of dwellings for which permits have been granted or which have been registered with a construction project as well as dwellings in which construction has begun decreased (by 11.4% and 9.9%, respectively).

In November 2025, the average paid employment in the enterprise sector was 6 413.8 thousand full-time equivalents, 0.8% lower than a year earlier. The average monthly gross wage and salary in the enterprise sector in November 2025 was PLN 9 078.16, i.e. it increased by 7.1% in nominal terms compared with November last year.

The publication includes information on the scope and functioning forms of economic tools and means in undertakings targeted at environmental protection and water management, as well as information on environmental economic accounts, which are a statistical system bringing together economic and environmental information.

In 2024, there were 113.1 thousand non-governmental organizations operating in Poland, associated 7.6 million people. They created 169.8 thousand full-time equivalent jobs, which was 1.5% of the average employment in the national economy. In connection with the autumn floods, the organizations provided support to 4.3 million people, donating material and financial assistance worth PLN 723.4 million.

According to preliminary data, the prices of sold production of industry in November 2025 decreased compared to November 2024 – by 2.4%, and increased compared to October 2025 — by 0.1%.

According to preliminary data construction and assembly production (in constant prices) carried out domestically was in November 2025 higher by 0.1% than in the same period of 2024 and lower by 0.7% compared to October 2025.

The information contains the results of a result estimation of yields and harvests of cere-als, rape and turnip rape, potatoes, sugar beets, ground vegetables and fruit, as well as of the third swath of meadow grasses, developed on the basis of expert opinions of Statistics Poland's (from the municipal level) carried out in November on the basis of inspections of fields, meadows and orchards.

In November 2025, sold production of industry was by 1.1% lower than in November 2024 (when a decrease was recorded by 1.3%), whereas in comparison with October 2025, it decreased by 9.3%. In the period January-November of 2025, sold production of industry was by 2.5% higher than in the corresponding period of 2024 (which saw an increase by 0.5%).

According to preliminary data, in November 2025 the prices of construction and assembly production increased both compared to November 2024 (by 3.1%) as well as to the previous month (by 0.3%).

The publication characterises enterprises employing up to 9 persons for all sections covered with the sample survey. It presents, among others, size and structure of the surveyed population, as well as the information about the number and structure of the persons employed (including owners), employees, wages and salaries.
