The new DBW database is a response to the expectations and needs of our statistical data users. It allows official statistical data to be viewed and used in an intuitive way, under a Creative Commons free licence (Attribution - CC BY 4.0) and using open formats.

The database is equipped with an intuitive user interface that allows users to quickly reach the information they are looking for. Users can use a search engine with a wide range of prompts directing them directly to the selected data.

The DBW publishes a wider range of variables, cross-sections and long time series, allows data from different domains to be combined in a single compilation, and provides convenient access to metadata. The underlying trends can also be seen through charts and maps within the Dashboards section.

An additional advantage is the possibility to download data from DBW via the API.

The DBW database is a valuable source of information and knowledge for all users, supports decision-making processes, serves to deepen knowledge and develop interests.

We warmly encourage you to use the Knowledge Databases!
