Dispersion measure
Definition:
They are used to examine the degree of variation in the value of the examined feature in the whole statistical population. The purpose of the measure of dispersion is to indicate to what extent the individual values of the units of statistical aggregation are concentrated around the central value of the examined feature. The numerical evaluation of the dispersion can be made on the basis of classical measure (of absolute: variance, standard deviation, mean deviation, relative: variance, standard deviation, average variation coefficient), and based on positional measures (of absolute: stretching, quadratic deviation, of relative: deviation factor of coefficient quartile).
