Assistance to reach financial self-dependence


Definition:

Distribution of welfare benefits, which sets out the type of help that is available to certain individuals or families acknowledged by the centre as being in need. The benefit may be in the form of monetary assistance ( a one-off appropriated benefit or a no-interest loan) or other assistance ( with machines or work tools enabling the person to organise their own workshop or organising work for the mentally deficient).
