Livestock
Definition:
Farm animals located at a farm as of midnight at the reference day of the survey as well as animals sent for herding (on the mountain pastures), grazing and to mountain shelters (flock-master's huts). Livestock of farm animals consist of such a species: equines (Equus caballus, Equus sinus), cattle (Bos taurus, Bubalus bubalis, Beefalo), pigs (z gatunku Sus scrofa domestica), sheep (Ovis aries), goats (Capra aegagrus hircus), poultry (Gallus Gallus – hens; Meleagris spp. - turkeys; Anas spp. i Cairina moschata - ducks; Anser anser dom. - geese; Coturnix spp. - quail; Numida meleagris dom. - Guinea fowl; Columbinae spp. - pigeons; Struthio camelus - ostriches; Pavo - peacocks; Cygnus - swans and other but without the birds kept for hunting purposes or for the production of meat), rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus), fur-bearing animals (female, including all species), Apis family (honeybee - Apis family) and other animals kept on the farm for meat production (eg deer, fallow deer, wild boar, etc.).
