According to preliminary data, in July 2026 services production was higher by 5.8% than a year before (at that time, it was recorded an increase of 6.8%), and in relation to June 2026 it decreased by 1.5%.
After elimination of the impact of seasonal effects, in July 2026, services production was higher by 5.9% than in the corresponding month of the previous year, and in relation to June 2026 it decreased by 0.4%. Compared to monthly average production of services in 2021, services production increased by 35.4%.
According to the preliminary data, in July 2026, in sections with the largest shares in the total index, i.e. in Section J Information and communication and in Section H Transportation and storage, a year-to-year increase of 8.0% and 6.7%, respectively, was recorded.
On the level of divisions, the highest increase of services production in comparison with July 2025 was recorded in motion picture, video and television programme production, sound recording and music publishing activities – of 40.8%, in office administrative service activities, including support activities – of 13.1% and in warehousing and support activities for transportation – of 10.7%.
