Principles of revision policy of Polish national and regional accounts

The revision policy is an integral part of the statistical production process, the purpose of which is to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information. It is an element of a gradual improvement in the quality and accuracy of data along with the improvement of the availability of data sources or estimation methods. Revision policy of Polish national and regional accounts is based on the recommendations of the Harmonized European Revision Policy (HERP), at the same time taking into account the specificity and schedule of surveys conducted in Polish Public Statistics.
