On the last day of March 2026, the population of employed persons in the national economy was 15 070.1 thousand and compared with 31 March 2025 it was at a similar level. Compared with the last day of February 2026, their number increased by 0.3%.
Among all employed persons in the national economy, men accounted for a slightly larger proportion. At the end of March 2026, their share was 52.6%. This was the same as a year earlier, but 0.1 percentage points (pp) higher than at the end of February this year.
