Activity of debt collecting companies in 2024

In 2024, 89 debt collection entities were included in the study. These companies accepted for service 10.2 million receivables worth 48.4 billion PLN in 2024.
In the group of 89 examined debt collection companies there were 50 limited liability companies, 20 joint-stock companies and 19 entities with other legal forms1. Domestic capital dominated in 72 enterprises, and foreign capital in 17 enterprises.
1This number includes both natural persons conducting business activity and other commercial law companies.
