We present the methodological report on the survey „Nurseries and children's clubs" developed by the workers of the Centre for Social Assistance Statistics of the Statistical Office in Krakow. The objective of the authors of
the study is to describe the methodology of the Statistics Poland in the area of institutional care for children up to the age of 3.

The survey of “Nurseries and Children's Clubs” is a comprehensive action conducted by the Statistics Poland in the "Family" thematic module of the National statistical survey program of Poland on an annual basis, using the
OD-1 reporting form.
