Foreign trade turnover in the first quarter of this year according to exports at current prices amounted to PLN 218.8 bn, while imports amounted to PLN 222.8 bn. The negative balance reached the level of PLN 4.0 bn, while the same period last year was positive and amounted to PLN 2.9 bn. In comparison to the corresponding period of the 2017, exports decreased by 0.8%, and imports incteased by 2.3%

Gross domestic product in 2017, according to first estimate was PLN 1 982,1 mld (american: billion).
