In the second quarter of 2024 prices of residential premises in Poland compared to the corresponding quarter of 2023, increased by 17.7%, whereas on the primary market the increase was higher than on the secondary market (19.2% vs. 16.0%). Compared to the first quarter of 2024, prices of residential premises increased by 2.9%, and the price increases on the primary and secondary markets were at a similar level.
