In August of 2017, sold production of industry was by 8.8% higher than in August of 2016, whereas an increase of 23.5% was reported in construction-assembly production

According to preliminary data, the prices of sold production of industry in August 2017 were by 0.4% higher than in the previous month. In August 2017 the prices of construction and assembly production were by 0.3% higher than in December of previous year and by 0.4% higher than in August of the previous year.

In the period of eight months of 2017 there were more dwellings completed than the year before. The number of dwellings for which permits have been granted or which have been registered with a construction project and the number of dwellings in which construction has begun also increased.
