According to preliminary data in July 2020 the prices of construction and as-sembly production in comparison with the corresponding month of the previous year were higher by 2.5% and in comparison with June 2020 - by 0.2%.

In July 2020, sold production of industry was by 1.1% higher than in July 2019, when an increase was recorded by 5.8% as compared to the previous year, whereas in comparison with June 2020, it increased by 3.4%. In the period January-July of 2020, sold production of industry was by 5.2% lower than in the corresponding period of 2019, which saw a 5.1% growth.

In 2019, 97 debt collection entities were included in the study. The nominal total value of all debts serviced by these entities, as at the end of 2019, amounted to PLN 109.8 billion.

According to preliminary data in July 2020 the prices of sold production of industry increased compared to the one recorded in June this year by 0.3%. However, the prices decreased compared to the same month of the previous year by 0.6%.

Procurement prices of basic agricultural products decreased in July 2020 in comparison with the previous month (by 1.7%) as well as while compared to July 2019 (by 4.2%).

In August 2020, there was a deterioration in both current and future consumer sentiment moods compared to the previous month.

In July 2020, average paid employment in enterprise sector was lower by 2.3% y/y and amounted to 6252.0 thousand, while average gross wages and salaries were higher by 3.8% y/y and amounted to 5381.65 PLN.
