Collective refraining of employees from performing their work with the purpose of resolving a dispute related to terms and conditions of work, wages and salaries or social benefits as well as rights trade union freedom of employees or other groups who have the right to assembling in trade unions.

Strike is an ultimate remedy and may not be declared without prior exhausting the possibilities of resolving a dispute according to principles specified in the provisions of the Act dated May 23, 1991 on resolution of collective disputes
