Work time


Definition:

Time when the employee is available for the employing establishment or any other place designed for work.



Work time includes also break time when the employee was available for the employing establishment, if this break time was accepted by the establishment or occurred according to the law (for example, a sick leave, a care after the sick member of the family, fulfilling social duties, important family matters, holidays, unpaid leaves), as well as unjustified absence.
