Unemployment rate by LFS
Definition:
Share of the unemployed by LFS (of a given category) in the economically active population by LFS (of a given category).
In the case of the Labour Force Survey, the definition applies to unemployed (aged 15-74 years) and economically active persons (aged 15-89 years), being the sum of the employed and the unemployed.
