Pre-retirement allowances and benefits


Definition:

Pre-retirement allowance - a cash benefit granted by the Social Insurance Institution to a person in retirement age who has lost their only source of income.

Pre-retirement benefit - cash benefit paid after meeting the common conditions for granting the pre-retirement benefit and individual conditions depended on, among others on the lenth of service, age and reasons for termination of employment.
