In-patient


Definition:

A person formally admitted (or 'hospitalised') to an institution for treatment and/or care and who stay for a minimum of one night or more than 24 hours in the hospital or other institution providing inpatient care.



People benefiting from inpatient and 24-hour hospital health services and other than hospital inpatient and 24-hour health services.
