An allowance to remuneration of an employee, payable after reaching by him/her a fixed period of employment, on the terms set out in separate regulations, in a collective labour agreement, other agreement based on an act of law, remuneration regulations, statutes specifying the rights and obligations of parties to an employment relationship, an employment contract or a cooperative employment contract .
