Collective dispute of employees with an employer originates on the day that the party representing employees' interests notifies to the employer the claims concerning, e.g. improvement of working conditions, if the employer has not accepted all the reguests within a period specified in the claim, not less than three days. Failure to reach an agreement settling a collective dispute in the mediation entitles to take strike action.
