Registered consignment (accepted by acknowledgment of acceptance and delivered by acknowledgment of receipt), a non-being a letter with a weight up to 20,000 g and dimensions:

1. none of which exceed 2000 mm or
2. which shall not exceed the sum of 3,000 mm in length and the largest circumference measured in a different direction than the length.
