Tangible effects of environmental protection and water management investments
Definition:
Measurable or material results of the implementation of activities and outlays incurred for environmental protection and water management.
They include, among others:
- number, capacity and types of completed wastewater treatment plants,
- length of the sewage network;
- ability of installed equipment in terms of reduction of particulates and gaseous pollutants, waste treatment disposal,
- area of reclaimed landfills,
- efficiency of the water intakes,
- water treatment efficiency,
- length of the water supply network,
- length of the regulation and management of rivers and streams,
- length of the flood embankments.
