Statistical analysis


Definition:

A stage of the statistical survey preceded by collecting and development of a statistical material. It is divided into two components: 1) subject analysis, i.e. commenting on the received results from the point of view the subject of the survey and drawing conclusions from the detected regularities; 2) methodological analysis, i.e. assessment of the received results from the point of view of their accuracy and reliability.
