Implementation of a new or significantly improved product (good or service), or process, a new marketing method, or a new organisational method in business practices, workplace organisation or external relations.
Products, processes and new organisational and marketing methods, do not need to be new to the market on which the enterprise operates, but must be new at least for the enterprise. Products, processes and methods do not need to be worked out in the enterprise, they might be worked out through other enterprise or through other unit (e.g. Science and Research institute, R&D unit, University etc.).
