Third-cycle programmes open to holders of second-cycle qualifications, leading upon successful completion to the award of a third- cycle qualification conferred by an authorised organisational unit of a higher education institution, a scientific institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences (Polska Akademia Nauk), a research institute or an international scientific institute established under separate legislation, operating in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
