Juvenile correctional centre


Definition:

Resocialisation centre for juvenile aged 13-17 - the most severe corrective measure adjudicated by the family court.



This measure applies when the educational measures previously applied have not resulted in the expected improvement in the behaviour of the minor. A minor may stay there for no longer than until the age of 21.
