Theft with assault


Definition:
The use by the offender, immediately after the theft, violence against person, threat of immediate violence or lead man to a state of unconsciousness or vulnerability in order to maintain unlawful possession of the things taken away. Theft with assault is a complex crime (include theft and unlawful threat or forcing).
