The family benefit granted to a single mother or father, factual guardian or statutory guardian of a child, if alimony were not awarded for the child from the other parent since:

-the other parent is dead;

-the father of the child is unknown;

-alimony lawsuit against the other parent was dismissed.

The supplement is also granted to the studing person if both parents are dead.
