The family benefit granted to a mother or a father, a legal custodian or an actual guardian of a child or to a person receiving education. The supplement is granted during 10 months of a year, between September and June of the next calendar year.

The supplement is granted in connection with:

1)dwelling in a place where the school is located concerning a child or a studying person with a legal confirmation of disability or a level of disability adjudicated

2)transport from the permanent residence to the place where the school is located.
