Definition:
There are under this taxation: - agreements of sale and transfer of property ownership law, - loan agreements, - donation agreements, in the part concerning of takeover (cession) of debts, burdens, duties, financial pledges of donor, - life pension agreement, - agreement of inheritance division, - agreement of abolishing of joint ownership, in the part of repayments or additional charges, - establishing a mortgage, - establishing of lease (of which irregular) and easement, - agreement of the irregular deposit, - agreement of company establishing, - Judge sentences, arbitrations, plea agreements - if they cause the same legal effects as mentioned above civil-legal proceedings.
