Persons who are bound by agency agreement or by order agreement for managing entities, the scope of activity of which is described in the agreement.

Agents, including members of their families that help them and persons employed by agents (based on a contract of employment), are not employees of the entity that contracts their activity but they belong to a separate group of employed persons. Among agents are not included persons conducting their own economic activity, as well as the employed persons who receive simultaneously personal earnings and agency-commission related pay in the same establishment or unit. Such persons are employees hired on the basis of employment contract.
