Primary school for adults


Definition:

An educational institution which organises education according to separate principles and which admits persons aged 18 and those who turn 18 in the calendar year in which they are enrolled. A person who is at least 16 years old on the first day of school may be admitted to a primary school for adults, and in the case of participants of the Voluntary Labour Corps and prisoners in prisons or detention centres – aged 15 years, if this person is delayed in the education process and is not likely to complete primary school for children and youth.
