Non-wooded land


Definition:

Non-wooded land includes land utilised for by-production (i.e. plantations of Christmas trees and bushes as well as hunting fields within forest land); or temporarily devoid of tree stands and designated for renewal in the nearest future (i.e. felling sites, blanks, irregularly stocked open stands); or land designated to be covered by legal protection (e.g. forest ponds, plant wasteland - mountain meadows and pastures); or deforested forest land designated to be excluded from production (e.g. marshes and hollows in the area of mining damage).
