Earmarked allowance


Definition:

Appropriated benefit is granted to meet the essential welfare needs, in particular, to cover part or all of the expenses of food, medicines and medical treatment, fuel, clothing, essential household items, minor repairs and renovations in the apartment, to cover funeral costs, to cover part or all of the expenditures on health.



Benefit may be granted in the form of ticket credited. Person or a family (regardless of income) who have suffered losses as a result of random events, natural or ecological disaster may be granted appropriated benefits to cover expenditures for this reason.
