The award by a person qualified, confirmed relevant supporting documents to health care services, in particular health study, diagnosis of diseases and their prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of patients, provision of medical advice as well as giving an opinion and medical.

The Act provides for the following forms of conduct by a doctor / dentist medical activity within professional practice - private practice physicians - private practice physicians only place calls; - individual medical practice exclusively in the undertaking therapeutic entity - individual specialist medical practice - individual specialist medical practice exclusively in place of call; - individual specialist medical practice exclusively in the undertaking therapeutic entity - a civil law partnership, unlimited partnership or profesional partnership companies as a group medical practice.
