School section


Definition:

A basic organisational entity of a school. A school section comprises a group of pupils/students being educated in the same grade.



An additional distinguishing feature of a section can be a specific composition of a group of pupils (a special section, an integration section, a mainstream section) or an educational programme (a bilingual section, job-training section).
