Statistics Poland informs that the price index of durable non-foodstuff goods in the 3rd quarter of 2022 as related to the 2nd quarter of 2022 amounted to 102.0 (price increase of 2.0%).

Price index of investment outlays for two quarters of 2022 as compared to the two quarters of 2021 was 109.8 (prices increased by 9.8%).

On the basis of Article 3b paragraph 4 of the Act of 30 November 1995 on the State aid in the repayment of some housing credits, granting guarantee premiums and refundations of the paid guarantee premiums to the banks (Journal of Laws 2022 item 1202 and 1561) it is announced that the price of a square metre of usable floor space of a residential building for the second quarter of 2022 amounted to PLN 5020.

Price index of investment goods for the second quarter 2022 (related to the first quarter of 2022) was 103.7 (the prices increased by 3.7%).
