Statistical Atlas of Poland. Employed Persons in the National Economy. Distribution of Wages and Salaries in the National Economy is devoted to employed persons and the distribution of wages and salaries in the national economy. The data are based exclusively on administrative registers, primarily those of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund (KRUS) and the Ministry of Finance, and present the labour market situation as of June 2025.
The publication presents the structure of the employed population by sex, age, place of residence, employment status and entity size. Particular attention is given to wages and salaries, including both average values and the median, which more accurately reflects the actual level of earnings. The atlas highlights clear regional disparities as well as differences between women and men, economic sectors and types of entities. The data are presented in the form of maps and charts, facilitating analysis and comparisons. The publication constitutes a reliable source of information on the Polish labour market and wages and salaries.
