In 2018, 100 years have passed since the establishment of the Central Statistical Office. On this occasion, the Statistical Office in Kielce prepared the publication "Statistical Atlas of Świętokrzyskie Voivodship". This is a graphic study presenting spatial diversity of socio-economic phenomena in the voivodship. Social, economic as well as environmental aspects included in the publication make an important element of cohesion policy.
In the study, using choropleth maps and diagram maps as well as numerous charts, issues related to human capital, quality of life, economy and environment and also selected data for regions NUTS 2 of the European Union were presented.
Information depicted in the publication refer to 2016 or the last available year. In order to illustrate and analyse the changes taking place in Świętokrzyskie Voivodship, selected issues have been included in the retrospection – most often since 2000 or 2010, the population projection until 2040 has been taken into account as well.
