The purpose of this document is to present the methodology for the production of European statistics in the field of justice. The report covers statistical surveys included in the Statistical Survey Program of Official Statistics (PBSSP), concerning cases handled by the justice system, court judgments and decisions, the enforcement of judicial decisions and employment in the justice system. The methodological report systematises and documents the methodological approaches and the data sources used to produce European statistics.
