Between July 2024 and June 2025, Poland hold the presidency of the Visegrad Group (V4). To mark this occasion, a publication entitled ‘Circular economy in V4 countries’ was created. It is dedicated to the circular economy, one of the priorities of the European Union's policy (as well as the V4 countries), which is of particular importance in the context of climate change, limited resources, and the pursuit of sustainable development.

The publication, based on selected indicators, illustrates the progress of the V4 countries in implementing the circular economy model. Comparing these indicators with the EU average allows for capturing both the individual situation of each country and the common challenges facing the entire region.
