The analysis of the outcomes allowed to determine the level of participation of adults (aged 18-69) in formal and non-formal education and informal learning.

The publication also contains information on access to information about learning opportunities, difficulties preventing or limiting participation in education, learning methods used, time spent on learning, costs associated with acquiring knowledge and skills, and the level and spread of foreign language skills.
