The President of Statistics Poland PhD Marek Cierpiał-Wolan and the Head of the UNHCR Representation in Warsaw, Mr Kevin Allen signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Statistics Poland and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.

The main objective of the cooperation is to implement activities in the field of data collection and analysis providing support for meeting the necessary needs of conducting policy on refugees, asylum seekers and stateless populations, including monitoring border flows.

As part of the cooperation, Statistics Poland will provide support in migration data, maintaining the integrity and continuity of data collection process.
