Premises located within a dwelling and fulfilling the definition of a room, built or adapted to housing purposes, e.g.: sleeping, learning, relaxation with the exception of kitchen rooms.

The overall number of rooms includes:

1) the rooms currently being used for household purposes (e.g. as storage rooms for old furniture, equipment or crops),

2) the rooms being used exclusively for business activities (headquarters of various companies, various types of offices, workshops, etc.) if access to them is not through a separate entry, courtyard or a hallway,

3) the empty, unfurnished (but finished) rooms, e.g. in a newly completed building,

4) the multifunctional rooms created by means of connecting a kitchen with a living room.
