Buildings completed

Definition:

Building (residential and non-residential), which completion of construction has been submitted by the investor to the building control authorities and this body has not issued an objection (in the form of a decision) or for which the investor has obtained a permit - in the form of a decision - issued by the building control authorities.

Until 1999, in non-private constuction, residential buildings were considered to be completed, the completion of which was confirmed by the investor and contractor in the acceptance protocol. Until 10 July 2003, the relevant authorities were the architectural and construction administration authorities in powiat or gmina.
