There are expenditures covered by: Salaries and rewards of persons employed in the state budgetary establishments and fees calculated from salaries and rewards; Purchase of goods and services; Costs of maintenance and other expenditures connected with function of budgetary units and realisation of statutory tasks; Costs of tasks ordered to the realisation for units belonging and not-belonging to the public finance sector, except of non-governmental organisations.
