Permissible emission


Definition:

Law established standards defining type and volume of polluting substances released into the atmosphere in exhausted gases during the determined term, established for the installation by the proper administrative authority in permission for organization unit. Emission standards for the installation can be determined as concentration of pollutants in exhaust gases or as permitted annual amount of pollution for the installation.
