In the REGON register the date of business termination shall be deemed:
a) date of the deletion from the register or from the records – for entities that are subject to entry in such registers or records, except for natural persons entered into the Central Register of Business Activity and Business Information,
b) the date of permanent cessation of activity given in the application for entry into the CEIDG,

c) date as specified in the eliminating entity act – for entities not subject to be entered in the register or records,
d) date stated by the entity in the application on forms RG-OP or RG-OF.
