Only the cargo (freight, mail) transported within commercial scheduled (regular) or non-scheduled (irregular) air services is taken into account. Cargo carried by commercial or non-commercial general aviation (e.g. activities of aeroclubs, agro-aviation, private flights) is not taken into account.
